A therapist who fits for you is one of the most important factors in the success of your therapy. So let me tell you a bit about myself and you can decide whether that resonates for you.
While I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with more than 30 years' experience, I believe that you are the expert on your life. I encourage you to trust what resonates for you, as you hold the key to whatever it is that you are up against.
My goal is to be curious and ask quetions that help you gain clarity and identify solutions. That often means reacquainting oneself with values and beliefs or reinforcing a particular skill set.
I've worked with clients of all ages around a wide range of issues including loss, anxiety, depression, stress, relational conflict, interpersonal trauma, and life transitions.
I work comfortably with individuals, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with teens and parents around sexual health.
The land that I live and work on is the traditional territory of many nations, including the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe and Mississaugas of the Credit Nations.

As a descendant of white settlers, I am committed to learning the truth of this country’s history and playing my part in dismantling systems of oppression.
