My Credentials

I'm a graduate of the Masters in Education in Counselling Psychology program at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. I also have a B.A. in Criminology and a Child and Youth Care Worker certificate.

I have certifications in critical incident stress management and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I've completed intensive training in narrative therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, and family therapy. I'm also registered as a therapist with the Internet Child Exploitation Program through BOOST Child & Youth Advocacy Centre.

I'm currently in the process of attaining formal certification in Couple and Family Therapy Studies from the University of Guelph.
